I’m Rijo John, one of Mangalore’s most recognized Masters of Ceremonies — a voice that many can identify even before they see me. Over the years, I’ve transformed my gift of communication into a multifaceted career as an MC, voice-over artist, and corporate trainer.

Born in Kerala and raised in Karnataka, I made Mangalore my home in 1991 — a city whose vibrancy and warmth have deeply influenced my journey. A Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) graduate from St. Aloysius College, I earned over 50 accolades for elocution, hosting, and public speaking during my college years — early milestones that shaped my lifelong passion for connecting with people.
My professional journey began in marketing, evolving into a leadership role an Assistant Vice President (AVP) at BFIL, a 100% subsidiary of IndusInd Bank — one of India’s leading microfinance institutions. This corporate foundation gives me the perfect platform to inspire, develop, and empower individuals through meaningful communication and leadership.

For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of hosting a wide spectrum of events — from weddings, corporate functions, and product launches to televised shows, beauty pageants, and grand celebrations. My hallmark lies in creating experiences that are engaging, elegant, and unforgettable — where every audience feels connected and every moment comes alive.
My work has also extended to television, where I’ve hosted programs for Asianet Global and appeared on several local channels, reaching audiences well beyond the live stage.
